Arsenio Hall stars as Michael Atwood, the host of a sports cable show on ASTV in Atlanta, Georgia. Michael is newly married to his wife Vivian Deveaux Atwood (Vivica A. Fox), a lawyer. His co-host is Al (Kevin Dunn), who Michael sometimes asks for advice on his home life. Living with Michael and Vivian, is Vivian’s younger brother Matthew (Alimi Ballard), a Harvard graduate who is not ready to take on the real world. Shawnee Smith also co-starred as Vivian’s free-spirited old college friend Laura who is always encouraging her to let loose.
