Old School

Release Date: February 21, 2003

Old School is a raucous comedy about a trio of thirty-something buddies who try to recapture the outrageous, irrepressible fun of their college years by starting their own off-campus fraternity.

Mitch, Frank and Beanie have all reached a crossroads in their lives. They can choose to be responsible adults, with wives, families and steady jobs…or they can postpone adulthood in favor of the reckless abandon of frat house living with all of the fun, and none of the education. No contest.

Luke Wilson, Will Ferrell (Anchorman), and Vince Vaughn (The Lost World Jurassic Park) star as the trio of over-the-hill frat guys. The film also stars Ellen Pompeo (Catch Me If You Can), Elisha Cuthbert, Juliette Lewis (Cape Fear), Leah Remini, Perrey Reeves, Craig Kilborn and Jeremy Piven, with cameos by rap star Snoop Dogg, Andy Dick and Seann William Scott, among others.

Produced under the banner of Ivan Reitman and Tom Pollock’s The Montecito Picture Company, Old School reunites the team that took audiences on the DreamWorks Pictures summer hit Road Trip, with Todd Phillips directing, and Daniel Goldberg, Joe Medjuck and Phillips producing. Reitman and Pollock are serving as executive producers. Todd Phillips co-wrote the screenplay with Scot Armstrong, from a story by Court Crandall and Phillips and Armstrong.
